Marcia Louann Hennick

Marcia Louann Hennick, 63, passed away on October 16, 2026 in Owenton, Kentucky.

Marcia was born on July 2, 1963 in Washington, Pennsylvania to Virginia Joan Wise and John David Hennick. She grew up in Washington, Pennsylvania, later moving to Lexington, Kentucky where she lived much of her life. Marcia worked at Concord Custom Cleaners for majority of her career, also pursuing other positions elsewhere. In recent years, Marcia moved to Owenton, Kentucky living in the country like she always dreamed of.

Marcia loved outdoors and the country. She loved to fish, deer watch, and spend time with her loved ones. She enjoyed watching movies and cooking specifically breakfast where she would wake up early and prepare her coffee first thing. Marcia was known for her beautiful heart, loving personality, and her contagious laugh. She brought warmth and comfort to all she encountered.

Marcia is survived by her children, Johnathan Rowland, Jesse (April) Rowland, Crystal Rowland, and Shannon Rowland, her grandchildren, Johnathan (Raven) Rowland Jr., Mark Rowland, Taye Mitchell, Cloe Carter, Brandon (Hannah) Rowland, Adrianna Rowland, Zoe Carter, Asia Jones, Julie Rowland, Javon Jones, Naomi Rowland, Jacob Rowland, and Jada Ayers, her great grandchild, Emerson Rowland, and her siblings Randy (Mary) Hennick, Wes Hennick, Darla Hennick, Verna Hennick, Lisa (Rodney) Estepp, Wayne (Angela) Wise, and Frank (Nicole) Wise. She was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Joan Wise, her father, John David Hennick, her stepfather Lloyd Wise, her brother, Dave Hennick, her daughter in-law, Tonya Rowland, and her granddaughter, Stephanie Thompson.
