Matthew Aaron Preston, 40, of Lexington, died January 26, 2023. Born January 23, 1983, in Lexington, KY, Matthew was the son of Darenda Starr Lay Preston and the late Mitchell Keith Preston. Other than his mother Darenda, Matthew is survived by his daughter Khloe Ferguson, and sisters, Courtney Christian, and Kasey Garza. Other than his father, he is preceded in death by his brother, Christopher Preston. Funeral services will be 12:30 PM EST on Saturday, February 4, 2023, at Great Crossing Funeral & Cremation, 1400 N. Broadway, Lexington, KY 40505 with visitation prior, starting at 11:30 AM EST. Burial will be 3:00 PM CST at Valleyview Missionary Baptist Church, 2185 Garrett Hollow Rd., Bowling Green, KY 42101.
