Cynthia ‘Cindy’ Ann Adlesh, 63, passed away peacefully at her home in Lexington, Kentucky on Thursday, April 4, 2024.
Cindy was born on June 14, 1960 in Oklahoma City, OK. In the summer of 1969, her family moved to Southern California where she spent most of her life. Cindy recently moved to Lexington, KY in March 2022 to be close to family.
She is survived by her two children, Andrew James Haas (Jackie) & Allison Ann McIntosh (Craig); her two brothers, Steve Adlesh (Mary) & Darren Adlesh (Kim); and her beloved grandchildren, Kennedy (5), Luke (3), Paige (9 months) & Clyde (8 months).
Cindy’s greatest legacy is her loving family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dave & Betty Ann Adlesh.
The family will hold a Celebration of Life in Southern California at a later date.
