Danny Lee Deaton

Danny Lee Deaton, 62, of Corinth, husband of Connie Pennington Deaton, passed away Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at Baptist Health-Lexington.

Born May 20, 1962 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Arvel & Cheryl Williams Deaton, he worked for many years as a stonemason. Devoted to his family, he was a loving husband, father & grandfather and the sweetest man you’d ever meet.

Also surviving are his sons: Phillip (Carissa) Tubbs of Florida and AJ (Lindsay) Tubbs of Paris; 2 brothers, David & Arvel Deaton; 4 sisters: Tammy Deaton, Jeanna Helton, Mary Storms & Deborah Collins; and 7 grandchildren: Andrew Tubbs, Danny Deaton, Brooke Bowman, Haley Jordan, Gabereal Leggett and Avaye & Joseph Hernandez.

He was also preceded in death by a sister, Tina Smith.

In accordance with his wishes, Danny will be cremated. The family will hold a Celebration of Life in the near future.
