David Samuel Hall, Jr.

David Samuel Hall, Jr., 54, passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at the U.K. Markey Cancer Center. 

Born July 24, 1969 in Lexington to David, Sr. & Linda Marcus Hall, he worked as a house painter for many years. David loved playing basketball and was a standout player for Wolfe County, enjoyed working on cars and watching UK Basketball.

Surviving in addition to his parents are 3 children: Travis Mitchell Hall, Taylor Mason Hall & Kayla Renee Hall; his significant other, Marie Chinn, and her children, Destinie Chinn, Billy Neace, III, William Shipman & Kane Davis; a sister, Stephanie Hardin (Michael Stephens); and 2 grandchildren, Riley Hall & Alyssa Wooton, along with several nieces & nephews. 

Following cremation, the family will hold a private gathering to honor David.
