Diann (Kidwell) Stewart

Diann Kidwell Stewart, 58, wife of Bryan E. Stewart, passed away Monday, January 8, 2024 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.

Born April 29, 1965 in Lexington to the late James Arthur & Martha Mae Gibbons Kidwell, she was a former employee of the Holiday Inn and member of the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church. Diann was a devoted mother and grandmother who loved spending time with her grandkids and road tripping with her friends.

Additional survivors include: a son, David Dawson of Lexington; 2 daughters, Megan Childers of Lexington & Brittany Ann Dawson of Florida; a brother, James A. (Rebecca) Kidwell, Jr. of Lexington; a daughter-in-law, Donna Chambers; 16 grandchildren: Landon, Kaiden, Aubrey, Ethan, Shelby, Kailen, Keaton, Kynslie, Khloe, Kaesyn, Ryan, Elijah, Deana, Ashlyn, Jordan & Ayeden; and a great-grandchild on the way.

Also preceding her in death was a daughter, Cassie Childers.

Services will be held 7:00 P.M. Monday, January 15th at Great Crossing Funeral & Cremation. 

Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. Monday until the time of services.
