Jake Lowery

Emmett Raymond “Jake” Lowery, 56, passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at his home in Lexington.

Born October 13, 1967 in Lexington, he worked for many years as an auto detailer for several companies including USA Truck Wash and Roberts Heavy Duty Towing. Jake loved anything to do with cars, was a car show enthusiast and car detailing was his passion.

Surviving are his brother, Nelson (Tiffany) Lowery of Nicholasville; a nephew, Shane Allen Lowery; a niece, Samantha Leigh Bishop; a great-nephew, Carter Riley; and a host of cousins, including Billie Jean (Kenny) Cooper, Wayne Cooper & Roy Harrington.

Jake is now in Heaven with his beloved mother, Laverne Eldridge Lowery; and his father, Raymond Allen Lowery.

A memorial service will be held at 5:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 13th at Heritage Assembly of God with a potluck dinner to follow.

Inurnment on the family lot in Old Union Cemetery on Russell Cave Road will be held at a later time.
