Jesse James Rayburn

Jesse James Rayburn, 67, of Nicholasville, passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at Baptist Health-Lexington.

A Kentucky native born August 25, 1957 to the late Jesse Talmage & Myrtle Katherine Bailey Rayburn, he was a retired carpenter. Jesse enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved to laugh and spend time with family & friends, especially his grandkids.

Surviving are his significant other, Katie Hardin and her grandchildren, Conner, Annalee, Kylon & Karson; 5 brothers: Cecil Wayne Hager, Jimmy Douglas Hager, Jesse Andrew Rayburn, Michael Rayburn & Frankie Rayburn; and 3 sisters: Mary Elizabeth Hager, Patricia Ann Edgington & Diana Rison, along with a host of nieces & nephews.

Also preceding him in death was a brother, Steven Rayburn.

In accordance with his wishes, Jesse will be cremated with no formal services.
