Jon Morin

Jonathan Scott “Jon” Morin, 38, passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2025.

Born October 21, 1986 in Lexington, he was a 2004 graduate of Tates Creek High School and worked for many years in lawn care. Jon loved spending time outdoors—be it walking, riding bikes or working. He also enjoyed watching anime, playing video games and excelled at creative writing.

Surviving are his mother, Patrice Donovan Morin; 2 brothers, Tristin Morin and Travis Hixon; a sister, Shannon Morin (Kevin Davis); 2 aunts, Pamela Sinor and Jill Wright; a niece, Aden Davis; a nephew, Kyran Davis; and his cousins, Scott & Sean Sinor and Jason Wright. Tifa the Cat & Xavier the Dog.

Jon was preceded in death by his father, Jospeh Jacque Lucien Morin.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the future.
