Joshua Cronley Hurt

Joshua Cronley Hurt, 39, of Lexington died July 12, 2022. Born June 19, 1983, in Lexington, KY, Joshua was the son of James and Judy Gooden Hurt. Joshua was one in a million and everyone loved him. "I am awesome" was his one of his favorite sayings. Other than his parents, he is survived by his special mom, Judy Bruggerman; girlfriend, Brittany Willoughby; son, Jacob Cronley Hurt; siblings, Jessie Hurt, Becky Hurt, Jeanetta Hurt, Jason Hurt, Ryan Hurt, Collin Hurt, and James Estill; a host of nieces and nephews which include, Brittany, Rachael, and Jessica. He is preceded in death by brothers, Anthony Hurt, Brian Hurt, Mikey Pennington and sister, Tina Henson; and grandmothers, Mary Janette Day, and Betty Collins. A visitation will be from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Wednesday, July 22, 2022, at Great Crossing Funeral & Cremation, 1400 N. Broadway, Lexington, KY 40505. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM on Thursday, July 21, 2022, at Great Crossing Funeral & Cremation, 1400 N. Broadway, Lexington, KY 40505. Burial will follow in Highlands Memorial Cemetery, 229 Lisle Industrial Ave., Lexington, KY 40504.
