Kathy Diane (Towles) Thomas

Kathy Diane (Towles) Thomas, 68, passed away peacefully, on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at her home in Lexington.

Born November 13, 1955, in Georgetown to the late Virdie B. & Clara B. Johnson Towles, she retired from the board of education. Kathy loved family, music, horses, and most of all God. Kathy was a very spiritual person and had great faith. 

Surviving are her daughter, Kristin Prater; a brother, Randy Towles; a sister, Brenda Towles (Johnny) Cummins; and several nieces & nephews.

A memorial service will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday, April 6th at Man O’ War Church, 1501 Trent Boulevard, Lexington, Ky 40515. Visitation will be from 12:00 P.M. until the time of service.
