Keith A. Kozak, 55, husband of Tasha Dellis Kozak, passed away Thursday, December
14, 2023 in Lexington, KY.
Born January 10, 1967 in Houston, Texas, he received a master’s degree from New Mexico State University in 1995. Keith worked for many years at the Dell Corporation and had a passion for UX design throughout his career, in which he acquired several patents. Keith loved driving his Audi S-series cars and, whenever possible, he enjoyed being able to take them to the racetrack. He was an avid gym enthusiast and health & nutrition were very important to him. He enjoyed cooking and would go out of his way to make extravagant special meals. Competing in the Highland Games also brought him a great deal of joy over the years and he excelled at the sport. Keith was a family man, devoted to his wife and daughters; he did everything within his power to provide and care for them. A friend to many, he always had an ear or shoulder available for anyone who needed him.
Also surviving are two daughters, Lauren Leigh Kozak of Paris, France & Megan Reneé Kozak of Stillwater, Oklahoma; his mother and stepfather, Dian & Ed Cykowski of Houston; his brother, Kenny (Caren) Kozak of Houston; a special uncle, Jerald (Cathy) Broussard of Houston; his wife’s parents, Wayne & Linda Dellis of McAllen; his brother-in-law, Chad Dellis of McAllen, and a large extended family.
He was preceded in death by his father, Mike M. Kozak.
A Celebration of Keith’s Life will be held in Kentucky and a larger one to follow in Texas.
