Linda Diane (Pruitt) Rosser

Linda Diane Pruitt Rosser, 72, wife of the late Gary B. Rosser, passed away Friday, August 29, 2025 at her home in Lexington.

Born May 14, 1953 at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey to the late Jack & Willy Cantrell Pruitt, she was a devoted homemaker and also worked for several years at the salon in McAlpin’s. A dedicated Christian, Linda was a member of Man O’ War Church of God and loved to study her bible. She greatly enjoyed sewing and all things beauty- doing hair, nails and makeup.

Surviving are 3 sons: Sean Quincy Rosser (Lisa Rosser), Courtney Lamar Rosser (late Heather Turner) & Ian Gabriel Rosser (Brittney Alexander); 3 sisters: Jackie, Pam & Sheila; 4 grandchildren: Paige Holloway, Jared Rosser, Janessa Rosser & Laura Rosser; and 4 great-grandchildren: O’Shea, Leilani, Heather Rosie & Keaton.

Also preceding her in death was a brother, Danny Pruitt.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 P.M. Saturday, September 6th at Trinity Baptist Church officiated by Pastor Shimar Keith.

Inurnment will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
