Mike Pennington, 44, of Lexington, died December 9, 2021. Born September 10, 1977, in Lexington, KY, Mike was the son of Judy Smedley Bruggerman and the late Ronald Pennington. In addition to his mother, Judy, Mike is survived by his three children, Makayla, Michael, Matthew and their mother, Lorrie Pennington; grandchildren, Chandler Gross and Carson Halderman; brother, Josh Hurt; nieces, Rachael Pennington, Brittany Henson, and Jessica Blevins. He was preceded in death by his stepfather Harold Bruggerman; grandmother, Betty Collins and sister, Tina Henson. Arrangements are private at Great Crossing Funeral & Cremation.
