Nerva de Guardia Vargas Obituary

Nerva De Guardia Vargas,73,passed away, Friday, April 11, 2025, at UK Bluegrass Hospice Care.

She was born May 3, 1951 in San Carlos, Venezuela to the late F. Hildemaro J. Vargas and M. Carmen Rosa Aponte.

Survivors include her children, Dalila Salvatore Vargas, Dalise Santos Vargas, Daniela Guardia Vargas and Tomas Guardia Vargas; her siblings, Olivia Aponte, Eligia Vargas, Dexy Vargas, Idelisa Aponte, Iris Aponte, Digna Aponte, Omaira Aponte, Celia Barrios and Alexander Barrios; her grandchildren, Gabriel I. Salvatore, Marcos A. Vargas Guardia, Valentina Molina Guardia, Daniel A. Guardia, Bryan Guardia, Estefany Guardia, Elizabeth Guardia andJoseph Patterson along with a great-grandchild Antonieta Vargas.

A graveside service will be held 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 23rd at Calvary Cemetery in Lexington.
