Patricia Marlene (Littrell) Shepherd

Patricia Marlene Littrell Shepherd, 60, of Whitesburg, wife of the late Tony Shepherd, passed away Friday, March 22, 2024 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. 

Born July 12, 1963 in Whitesburg to the late Bethel & Geneva Feltner Littrell, she worked for many years as a waitress in area restaurants. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. 

Surviving are a daughter, Natasha Shepherd (Richard Adams); a brother, Amon Littrell; and 3 grandchildren, Alyssa Adams, Richard Adams, III & Leah Shepherd, along with a large extended family.

Also preceding her in death were her son, Tony Shepherd, Jr., and 2 brothers, Johnny & Jackie Littrell.

In accordance with her wishes, Patricia will be cremated with no formal services at this time.
