Paul William Taylor

Paul William Taylor, 67, of Richmond, KY, died on Friday, November 10, 2023 at the Norton Pavilion Hospital in Louisville, KY.
Born January 19, 1956 in Liverpool, England to the late William and Marie Richmond Taylor, Paul immigrated to the U.S. as a young boy. He grew up and lived most of his life in Lexington, KY. He retired from Toyota Motor Manufacturing in 2022 after working there for 31 years. Paul loved spending time with friends and family, listening to and playing music, attending races at Keeneland and being home with loved ones. He was a loving father and friend to many.
Surviving him, Paul had three daughters: Lauren (Johnathan) McNurlen of Berkley, Michigan, Dr. Ashley (Garrett) Potts of Clearwater, Florida, and Dr. Morgan (Logan) Murphy of Belleville, Illinois; his wife of 34 years and mother of his children, Karen Rookard Taylor of Lexington; his partner, Danielle Anderson of Richmond; his brother Mike (Carmen) Taylor of Louisville, KY. Paul had three grandchildren, Mary Rose McNurlen, Evelyn Juliette McNurlen, and Oliver William Potts.
The family will hold a service and celebration of life at the Church of the Resurrection in Nicholasville, KY on Sunday, November 19th from 2-4:30pm. Service will begin at 2pm. All are welcome to join.
