Rebecca Ann Stewart, 64, originally from Hindman, KY, passed away, Sept. 8, 2022, in Lexington, KY. Born August 9, 1958, in Hindman, KY, Rebecca was the daughter of the late Ray Stewart and Mary Gayheart Stewart of Lexington, KY. A graduate of the University of Kentucky, she obtained degrees in Early Education, Paralegal and also achieved a Master's Degree in Christian Therapy. Rebecca was known for her exquisite style, love of dogs, generosity, strength and compassion. She was a beloved daughter, aunt, friend and companion who will be immensely missed by many. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her sister-in-law, Ann Stewart; niece, Crystal Stewart; nephew, Joe (Leanna) Stewart, three great-nieces, Laynee, Eleanor and Lola; her fur baby, Charlotte; and numerous uncles, aunts and cousins. In addition to her father, Rebecca was preceded in death by her brother, Pete Stewart. All friends and family are invited to a celebration of life from 1:00 - 3:00 PM on Sat., Oct. 15, 2022, at Magnolia Springs Assisted Living, 2701 Magnolia Springs Dr., Lexington, KY 40511.
