Romona Ann (Gallagher) Day

Romona Ann Gallagher Day, 70, passed away Thursday, March 14, 2024 at her home in Lexington.

Born December 29, 1953 in Sharon, Connecticut to the late John Edward, Jr. & Agnes Smith Gallagher, she worked for many years at McDonald’s, loved her cats and dog, enjoyed being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

Surviving is her son, Thomas Day, of Lexington; 4 brothers: Harry, Willie, John & Glen Gallagher; 5 sisters, Penny Thornberry, Sue Gallager, Joyce Bronson, Jennifer Mitchell & Mary Ellen Gallagher; and 4 grandchildren, along with several nieces & nephews.

Also preceding her in death were 2 sons, Robert & Daniel Day, and her former husband, Kenneth Day.

In accordance with her wishes, Ramona will be cremated with no formal services.
