Shirley Ann Stauffer, 84, of Frankfort, KY, died November 5, 2022. Born April 18, 1938, in Salina, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Blair Ashbaugh and Frances Cantania. She loved horses and trained them for a time. She is survived by her children Tammy Ullrich and Erik Stauffer.
