Steven McIntosh Obituary

Steven Blake McIntosh, 57, passed away Sunday, September 3, 2023 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.

Born January 9, 1966 in Lexington, Kentucky to the late Green & Loretta Turner McIntosh, he was a former employee of the Fayette County Schools.

Surviving are his daughter, McKenzie McIntosh; a brother, Cliff (Angela) McIntosh; 3 sisters: Candy (Ray) Albright, Sarah (Mike) Gabbard & Kay (Billy) Horn; and 2 grandchildren, Aiden & Sophia Bowman, along with several nieces & nephews.

Following cremation, inurnment will be on the family lot in the Squires-Turner Graveyard, Booneville, Kentucky.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, September 9th at the First Wesleyan Church.
