Thomas Clemons Fain

Thomas Clemons Fain, 54, passed away August 7, 2022. He was born on August 1, 1968, to the late Charles and Peggy Fain in Pikeville, KY. Tom graduated from Lafayette High School in Lexington, KY in 1986, where he played baseball and ran track. He received his B.A. in Business from Transylvania University in 1990. Tom worked for 27 years for the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the Office of Disability Determination Services in Frankfort, from which he retired in 2019. Tom was preceded in death by his brother Charles Fain. He is survived by his wife Marcia Fain, brother Rodney Fain (m. Kelly), son Brandon Fain (m. Olivia), and daughter Addison Fain. Tom will be interred at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. Family and friends are invited to a reception beginning at 10:00 AM and a memorial service starting at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 13, 2022, both at First United Methodist Church, 211 Washington St., Frankfort, KY 40601. Great Crossing Funeral & Cremation is in charge of arrangements.
