Tricia Ann Bray

Tricia Ann Bray, 49, of Lexington, KY, passed away, after losing her battle to a long-term illness on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at UK Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington, KY. She was born on July 18, 1972 in Covington, KY to the late Charles Rider and the late Claudia (Ferguson) Rider Wegford. Tricia was raised in Northern Kentucky and spent most of her youth in Florence, KY. She spent many years working with horses at the Kentucky and Ohio race tracks. Tricia loved animals and listening to music, country music being her favorite. Tricia is survived by her children, Tyler Rider of San Diego, California, Taylor Bray, Jacob Bray, and Jayme Bray all from Louisville, KY; six grandchildren and two on the way. Tricia is also survived by her sister, Gina Ray (Rider) of Independence, KY; her brothers, James Rider and Jeffrey Rider both of Florence, KY and Timothy Rider of North Carolina; her maternal aunt, Carol Howard; several cousins; along with several nieces; nephews; great nieces and great nephews. In addition to her parents, Tricia was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby "Joe" Bray; stepfather Patrick Wegford; maternal uncles Billy Guy Ferguson and James Ferguson; and her maternal aunt, Christy Mahoney (Ferguson). Memorial services will be at the family's discretion. Great Crossing Funeral & Cremation, 1400 N. Broadway, Lexington, KY 40505, is in charge of arrangements.
