Vicki W. Higgins, 73, native of Lexington, passed away on February 17, 2023. Born on June 30, 1949, Vicki was the daughter of the late Vernon and Emma Braxton Higgins. Vicki is survived by her daughters, Stephanie Matthews (Kelly) and Dana Jones; and grandchildren, Devin Rozier, and Chase Matthews. She is preceded in death by her siblings, Verna Jean Higgins and Dennis Higgins.
