Victoria Lynn Fugate

Victoria Lynn Fugate, 54, of Georgetown, died August 11, 2022. Born January 29, 1968, in Lexington, KY, Victoria was the daughter of JoAnn Eary Shanks and the late Jackie Ray Shanks. Victoria was a free spirit with a heart of gold. Other than her mother, she is survived by her husband, Douglas Wayne Fugate; children, Douglas Wilburn Fugate, Samantha Renee Ball, and Ashlee Nicole Fugate; a host of grandchildren; one great grandchild; siblings, Anna Marie Berry, Teresa Ellen Collins, Tammie Annette Burgess, Lisa Mae Cook, and Jackie Ray Shanks Jr.; and a host of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Tabatha Ann Fugate; and her grandson, Landon Andrew Ball. A memorial will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2022, from 12:00 PM noon to 4:00 PM at Gano Baptist Church, 212 Bevins Ln, Georgetown, KY 40324.
